We use the Sealed Air Foam In Place Packaging System for extremely fragile or high value electronic items. It offers the maximum protection while conserving space, particularly when the dimensions and weight are at issue for air shipments.
It provides a simple cushioning or blocking and bracing process for a variety of items in varying shapes and sizes.
1. Instapak foam is dispensed into a carton lined with film.
2. The film is folded over and the item is placed on the rising foam.
3. A new layer of film is placed over the item and more Instapak foam is dispensed.
4. The recipient receives the item undamaged
